What does this mean for you?

If you receive our product and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your product to us for an exchange. The only condition is that you return the product in its original state. That means it needs to be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging.

For exchanges – send off the item you wish to exchange to us (please follow the shipping instructions below). Once we have received and inspected the item, we will give you a call to arrange a payment/refund of the difference in purchase price before sending the replacement to you.

Faults – Even though we take great care to ensure that our products are as near to perfect as possible, there is always a small chance that a product is faulty or was sent out incorrectly. If this should happen to you, please give us a call at 03 972 7786, so we can arrange pick up and replacement or refund.

Cancellations – Orders can be cancelled at any point before the item is shipped for a full refund. However, if an item has already been shipped when the order is cancelled then a $25 shipping fee will be taken off the refund amount.
