COVID-19 Shipping Update

Free shipping NZ wide is available at all COVID-19 Levels, including Level 4 as bedding is an essential item. There may be slight delays due to demand both on our website and the NZ Post network. Our staff will be taking all the necessary precautions while packing orders in keeping with the Level that our Dunedin factory is at, and delivery will be contactless when required as per NZ Post's procedures. We will keep customers updated of any delays during dispatch or shipping.

Our click and collect service for Dunedin will only be available during Level 2 and below.

USA & Canada Shipping Rate Update

Unfortunately due to a recent increase in shipping costs specific to North America we have had to increase our shipping rates to this region to help cover some of the price increase.


Custom or import duty fees are sometimes charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges will vary widely from country to country and will depend on your parcels weight and size. Although rare, we recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid any surprise additional fees. If you should refuse the parcel, Eiderdown will not refund the original shipping charges, nor pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the parcel.
Any delays due to customs or couriers once parcels have left New Zealand, are beyond our control and whilst we do our best to ensure delivery is within the given time frame we are not liable for any delays that are out of our control.
