Mattress Topper International Shipping

Due to the size and weight of our Toppers we are unable to offer international shipping on this product. If you require international shipping for a Mattress Topper then please contact us and we can discuss options with you.

International Shipping Rate Update

Due to increased shipping costs recently for International shipping we have had to increase our shipping charges and they are now based on order value, as seen in the table above.

USA & Canada have a slightly increased rate on top of this as they charge more than anywhere else worldwide.

CUSTOM OR IMPORT DUTY FEES

Custom or import duty fees are sometimes charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges will vary widely from country to country and will depend on your parcels weight and size. Although rare, we recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid any surprise additional fees. If you should refuse the parcel, Eiderdown will not refund the original shipping charges, nor pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the parcel.
Any delays due to customs or couriers once parcels have left New Zealand, are beyond our control and whilst we do our best to ensure delivery is within the given time frame we are not liable for any delays that are out of our control.
