Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled at any point before the item is shipped for a full refund. However, if an item has already been shipped when the order is cancelled then a $25 shipping fee will be taken off the refund amount. If a product has been delivered, then we can arrange for it to be shipped back to us which will be covered by the $25 shipping fee. This products must be unused and still it's original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Send off the item you wish to exchange to us (please follow the shipping instructions below). Once we have received and inspected the item, we will give you a call to arrange a payment/refund of the difference in purchase price before sending the replacement to you.
Even though we take great care to ensure that our products are as near to perfect as possible, there is always a small chance that a product is faulty or was sent out incorrectly. If this should happen to you, please give us a call at 03 972 7786, so we can arrange pick up and replacement or refund.

Shipping & Deliveries
Shipping for all orders within New Zealand is free, while overseas orders have varied prices which can be found on the Shipping information page.
Items will be shipped via New Zealand Post's courier system. Dispatch time for the orders can take up to 2 working days. Any delays to this dispatch time will be communicated with the customer within this timeframe.
Shipping times are estimated to be 2-3 days throughout New Zealand, and 5-14 days worldwide.
All orders through the Eiderdown Co. website will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
